Q: Do you offer frames?
A: Nope. And that's deliberate. Frame choice is personal, and a single frame style would be wrong for most buyers.
Q: Where can I find frames?
A: All print sizes fit standard frames. Should have frame finder released this month which will show where to buy for artwork based on location
Q: Will it match my wall?
A: Yep!. If your going for a paint color match
Q: What if it looks different when it arrives?
A: This is giclée printing on archival paper (same process as fine art galleries).
There's some slight variance in screen to print color, but we've found it's a really close match.
Q: Can I return it?
A: Customs are made to your spec so we can't resell them.
Change of mind returns aren't available but production defects or prints not matching approval are
reprinted or refunded. No questions asked.
Every custom is made to order, so shipping takes a little longer.
Before shipping we
- Review color and artwork with designer to make sure it's spot on
- Prepare final piece in full resolution when they're happy
- Prepare for print and packing on completion
This takes around 3-4 days overall, but once shipped you'll get tracking so you can see exactly where it is.
